  • DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DOCTOR?
    Chapters is a prescription product but our team of dermatologists handle all of that for you, so no need to visit your doctor.
  • Who will be treating me? Are they qualified?
    You will be treated for all injectable treatments by a fully qualified and insured aesthetic doctor.
  • Can I book an appointment?
    Yes you can go to the 'Book Now' tab and select the category of services you need. Or simply check the 'Most popular treatments' section for a quick booking.
  • Can I come for a free consultation?
    You can have a free online zoom consultation. Please select the option 'FREE Online Consultation with the doctor' and proceed to the booking.
  • CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY PROGRESS?
    Yes. We encourage all Skin Diary patients to provide feedback and track progress each month so we can tweak and tailor your routine based on your experience and results. Our goal is to help you achieve maximum benefits with zero irritation

  • WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ROUTINE?
    Your Chapters routine is shipped on the 1st of each month. If you'd prefer another date, our team are happy to assist and arrange an alternative date.
  • WHAT INGREDIENTS WILL MY FORMULATION CONTAIN?
    It depends on your skin type, goals and what our dermatology team believes your skin needs. Our ingredients evolve as science evolves so you'll always have first-class formulations. You can see our ingredients here.
  • WHY PRESCRIPTION GRADE?
    The Skin Diary's freshly compounded, prescription-grade actives are up to 80x more powerful than those found over the counter. This is why your routine needs to be monitored by our team of dermatologists (and why your results will be so good).
  • WHY A SUBSCRIPTION?
    The best results come from consistency. We recommend a minimum of 3 months to begin seeing results with continued long-term benefits. The Skin Diary has no lock ins and offers the ability to turn off auto-renew.
  • HOW MUCH DOES CHAPTERS COST?
    Our treatment plans range from £45 to £150, depending on your needs.
  • DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
    You do not need to have a consultation as we ask that you fill out a detailed online consultation form and upload a photo for our dermatology team to review. See the link to the Chapters questionnaire. However, if you prefer to have an online consultation, click here to book - video call. NB: If you've already seen a Skin Diary clinician you don't need another consultation.
